Dozens of Scottish grassroots bands battle it out to win £2K & the ERUPTION Battle Of The Bands!
ERUPTION was launched in 2016 to showcase the unbelievable talent in the grassroots music scene. For viewers, it's a unfolding tapestry showing how deep and diverse the local talent pool is. For the artists, it's the gateway to stardom.
The £2K Battle Of The Bands is open to any bands and artists from Aberdeen and the surrounding area of Scotland.
The sixteen highest scoring bands across all the heats will go on to the four semi-finals in January - with just one band, the best of each semi, graduating to the Grand Final in February 2024!
The crucible of competition will burn away all but the very best, making the Grand Final an unmissable night, where the cream of the crop will rise to the tippity top.
With our 4K cameras & state-of-the-art production studio, we’ll bring you every high and low from throughout the Battle; from the very first hopeful heat to the grandeur of the Grand Final!
